Welcome to Digital Acceleration's music section! This section is all about the music we recorded and presented at the "National Music for Youth" finals held in London on July 6th, 1996. We called the song Black Hole (for no real reason other than it sounded space-like) and it is available for download [size 6.3MB in MP3 format]. Please note this has been copyrighted officially (honest, we had to sign the forms) so please do not use this and pass it off as your own work (or else Robert Fletcher will be summoned to deal with you aggressively)

Numerous photographs were taken at the event, and they are available below with descriptions!

Also, if you are interested - an equipment list and story, and a frets list is available.

You can see the certificate we received here (the original certificate is A3 size).

David and Martin playing. Note, this picture was scanned and it turned out like this! I think you'll agree it looks pretty advanced!

David rigging up the equipment. This box was built by us, Les the caretaker and Mr Williams [physics teacher] It had 4 castor wheels on it, which conveniently fell off ;o)

David and Martin playing again. Note the advanced Jem-Fogging effects coupled with the UV lighting. It really looked spectacular!

Another picture of Martin and David playing. The smoke in the background is the equipment catching fire ;o) [That is a joke, BTW ;o)]
